Management reporting you can act on

We bring data from your company's systems into a single warehouse and build dashboards that show deviations from plan, bottlenecks and risks.

30–45 minutes with an engineer: we'll go through your task

Elite Drive case

Illustrative interface, sample data

Data is scattered across systems.

Sales sit in the CRM, money in accounting, ads in ad accounts, operational metrics in spreadsheets. Each system calculates in its own way, so the numbers don't match.

Reports are assembled by hand.

Reconciling exports takes days. By the time of the meeting the figures are out of date, and the method depends on who prepared the report.

Deviations show up too late.

A shortfall against plan is noticed at the end of the month, when it is too late to correct.

Single data warehouse

We connect ERP, CRM, accounting systems, ad accounts and partner APIs. Data is reconciled on load and stored with history, so any metric can be recalculated for past periods.

Role-based dashboards

Executives see the whole company, branch directors see their branch, managers see their own customers. One calculation method for everyone.

Deviation alerts

The system checks metrics against plan and target and sends an alert when a response is needed: in Telegram, by email or in your corporate messenger.

Forecast

A forecast of plan completion for month or quarter end, based on current trends. Where there is history from previous years, we account for seasonality.

Scheduled reports

Daily, weekly and monthly reports are generated automatically and arrive before the working day starts.

Sample data

Case

Elite Drive runs a premium fleet of chauffeur-driven cars in Dubai. Orders come through Uber and Yango, and each platform has its own reports, commissions and data formats.

We built a system that pulls data from both platforms, consolidates it per driver and per car and calculates net earnings after commissions. The owner receives daily, weekly and monthly reports in Telegram, with dashboards for detailed analysis. At launch we rebuilt four months of history, so periods could be compared from day one.

3.7×

The daily report as the owner receives it: yesterday compared with the same day last week and with the target.

Distribution and wholesale

Margin by customer and product, inventory turnover, accounts receivable, plan completion by manager

Retail and e-commerce

Revenue and margin by channel, funnel conversion, acquisition cost, stock levels and lost sales

Manufacturing

Capacity utilisation, production plan completion, scrap rate, batch cost

Service companies and chains

Specialist utilisation, average ticket, repeat requests, revenue by branch

Transport and fleets

Revenue per hour and per kilometre, driver and vehicle idle time, net earnings after platform commissions. Solution for fleets

We define the set of metrics for your company during the audit.

Auditdata sources 4 sources
ERP sales, stock source of truth
CRM deals, customers 3.2% gap against ERP
Ad accounts spend 18% of orders without UTM tags
Plan spreadsheet branch plans manual entry

Sample data

Your live systems stay untouched.

We pull data through official APIs or database replicas, so sources are not put under load and nothing in them changes.

Storage where you need it.

On your servers, in your cloud or in a cloud in the right jurisdiction.

Role-based permissions.

Each person sees only their own departments and metrics. Sign-in can be set up through your corporate account (SSO).

Load monitoring.

If a source doesn't respond or data arrives incomplete, you hear about it before you see a wrong report.

Free consultation

Any with an API, database access or a regular export: ERP and accounting systems, CRM, ad accounts, marketplaces, payment and partner services.

We choose to fit the task and your infrastructure: a BI tool you already use, open-source BI or a custom web interface.

A typical launch takes 3–4 weeks. It depends on the number of sources and the state of the data, and we confirm the timeline after the audit. Elite Drive, with two platforms and four months of history, went live in three weeks.

That is common. During the audit we find the discrepancies, agree which system is the source of truth for each metric and build reconciliation into the data load.

Only the people you give access to, including our engineers while they work on the project. Permissions are set by role, and sign-ins and exports are recorded in an audit log.

We calculate the cost of implementation after the audit and fix it for each stage. Support is billed monthly, and new reports are estimated separately, before work begins. There is no hourly billing.

A free consultation with an engineer: 30–45 minutes, no commitment.

On the call

  • We'll discuss which decisions you make on the numbers and where your data comes from today.
  • We'll show which sources are worth connecting and which metrics to track first.
